Writer’s Fruit Salad

At Arvon, there was a recipe (invented by Moat and Fairfax) called Poet’s Stew. Well, I’ve been eating a lot of fruit salad recently. I thought I’d pass on my recipe:

Writer’s Fruit Salad

1 pomegranate – shedded

2 necatrines – diced

handful of green seedless grapes – halved

one apple – diced

2 cups of creme de cassis

2 slugs vodka

Put ingredients in bowl and mix. Leave in fridge for an hour to chill. Excellent for breakfast with bacon sarni and strong coffee.
